Hoosiers GC LLC is a licensed residential general contracting company based in Indianapolis, Indiana, founded in 2015. We provide home improvement, remodeling, roofing, and related construction services to residential customers.

2. SMS / Text Message Terms

Providing your mobile phone number alone does not enroll you in SMS messages. We collect SMS consent through two separate opt-in checkboxes on our website forms (for example, on our Contact page and Estimate form), and consent is collected separately so that marketing consent is never combined with transactional consent. Our Privacy Policy describes how your mobile information and SMS opt-in data are handled.

Two Separate SMS Programs

• Transactional / Service Messages: Appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, project status updates, and cancellation notices.
• Marketing / Promotional Messages: Promotional offers, deals, and marketing messages. This opt-in is optional and is collected independently from the transactional opt-in.

You opt in to each program only by expressly checking its corresponding checkbox on our forms. Checking one box does not enroll you in the other program.

Message Frequency

How to Opt Out

You may cancel SMS messages at any time. Reply STOP to any text message from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

To re-subscribe to our messages, reply START or SUBSCRIBE to our number at any time.

Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our SMS program is available on most major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others.

No Sharing of Opt-In Data

Your mobile number and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold, rented, leased, or shared with any third party for their marketing or solicitation purposes.

3. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided by Hoosiers GC LLC are subject to on-site inspection and final written contract. Verbal quotes are non-binding. Pricing may vary based on scope, materials, and site conditions.

4. Appointments

By scheduling an appointment with Hoosiers GC LLC, you agree to be available at the agreed time. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or other circumstances.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Hoosiers GC LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We make no representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of information on the site.
